About diwali invitations
Invite family and friends home for Diwali: a Diwali milan, the Lakshmi puja, a dinner or the card party after it. Designs come in diyas, fireworks, rangoli, marigold torans, Mughal borders and Kashmiri shawls, plus a party pass and a WhatsApp-chat style for friends.
Tips
- Lakshmi puja muhurat changes every year, so write the exact puja time, not just the evening.
- Say whether it is puja only, dinner, or a card party, so guests know how long to stay.
- Send it a week before Dhanteras; Diwali week calendars fill up fast.
Questions
Is this for Diwali wishes or a Diwali party?
These designs invite people to an event, with a date, time and address. To send wishes without an event, use the festival greeting designs.
Can I write the invitation in Hindi?
Yes. Type Devanagari into any design, for example ॥ शुभ दीपावली ॥ for the top line.
